Vegan heart-shaped cake pops
These completely adorable cake pops are the perfect gift for your mom to show her how much you love her.

300g Organic Easy To Bake Choco Cake
180 ml organic oat drink natural
45 ml vegetable oil
160 g vegan cream cheese
Vegan white chocolate and vegan dark chocolate
Food coloring, icing and decoration material
Prepare Choco Cake according to instructions, bake and let cool
Crumble the cake well (works well with a coarse cheese grater, for example), remove any solid pieces and mix with the cream cheese
Form hearts and balls out of the mixture. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little flour
Chill the hearts and balls for about 30 minutes
Decorate with chocolate and decorative materials as desired
Tip: base with white chocolate and marble with colored icing or use desiccated coconut
