Winter bowl with speculoos granola

Ring in winter with this superbly cozy, wintery yoghurt bowl. The bowl combines our vegan Vegurt with a crispy, spicy speculoos granola. Wintery delicious đŸ€€

Ingredients

For 1 serving
Bowl:
  • 1 pack of organic Vegurt natural
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of pecans
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
Granola:
  • 200 g coarse oat flakes
  • 70 g pecans
  • 150 ml maple syrup
  • 100 g sliced ​​almonds
  • 100 ml coconut oil
  • 1 handful of dried cranberries
  • 10 speculoos

preparation

  • Prepare granola. Crumble the speculaas and mix with the remaining dry ingredients in a bowl. Add coconut oil and maple syrup and stir. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast at 180ÂșC top/bottom heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Mix Vegurt according to instructions and chill.
  • Wash and slice the apple.
  • Garnish the Vegurt with the granola, apple, pecans and a pinch of cinnamon.
