Bavarian sausage rolls

With this recipe we bring Oktoberfest to your home. You don't need many ingredients to conjure up this delicious, vegan dish.

Ingredients

  • ½ pack of Easy To Mix Hack 
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • approx. 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • oregano
  • Salt pepper
  • If you like some vegan cheese or vegan melt
  • 1 tbsp medium hot mustard

    preparation

    • Mix the Easy To Mix Hack according to the instructions, knead with the mustard and season with salt and pepper. Then cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    • Season the tomato paste with oregano, salt and pepper.
    • Lay out 6 puff pastry squares and spread the middle with tomato paste.
    • Form the mince into 6 sausages and place them in the middle of each square. If you want, add some cheese on top.
    • Cut the sides of the puff pastry into strips from the outside inwards up to the sausage.
    • Place the strips on the left and right alternately over the sausage so that the dough is closed over the sausage.
    • Bake the sausage rolls at 220 degrees top and bottom heat for about 15 - 20 minutes until they turn golden brown. Bon appetit.
