With this recipe we bring Oktoberfest to your home. You don't need many ingredients to conjure up this delicious, vegan dish.

Ingredients
- ½ pack of Easy To Mix Hack
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- approx. 3 tbsp tomato paste
- oregano
- Salt pepper
- If you like some vegan cheese or vegan melt

1 tbsp medium hot mustard
preparation
- Mix the Easy To Mix Hack according to the instructions, knead with the mustard and season with salt and pepper. Then cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Season the tomato paste with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Lay out 6 puff pastry squares and spread the middle with tomato paste.
- Form the mince into 6 sausages and place them in the middle of each square. If you want, add some cheese on top.
- Cut the sides of the puff pastry into strips from the outside inwards up to the sausage.
- Place the strips on the left and right alternately over the sausage so that the dough is closed over the sausage.
- Bake the sausage rolls at 220 degrees top and bottom heat for about 15 - 20 minutes until they turn golden brown. Bon appetit.
