Quick vegan oat cookies

These oat cookies are quick to prepare, crispy and taste delicious - whether fresh from the oven, enjoyed lukewarm, with coffee the next morning or stored in a biscuit tin. Take time for the things that make you happy and cookies are definitely one of them 🍪

Ingredients

For 12 pieces || Enjoy in about 25 minutes
  • 1 tbsp organic oat drink powder (= for about 60ml oat drink)
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp spelled flour
  • 150g oat flakes
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla pulp
  • Nut butter to decorate

    preparation

    • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.
    • Mix organic oat drink with 60 ml of water.
    • Mix all the ingredients together and use your hands to form a homogeneous dough.
    • Spread about 12 heaps onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. This is best done with a tablespoon.
    • Use the back of the spoon to flatten the mounds of dough.
    • Put it in the oven for about 15 minutes.
    • Remove from the oven, let cool, decorate with nut butter and bite into it.
