Köttbullar mushroom pan

Ingredients

  • Easy To Mix Köttbullar
  • 50g vegan butter/margarine
  • 200g sugar snap peas
  • 200g mushrooms, halved
  • 500ml vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 fresh spring onions
  • 4 potatoes, diced small

preparation

  • Prepare the Easy To Mix Köttbullar according to the instructions and chill. After 30 minutes, form small balls out of the mixture.
  • Heat 4 tablespoons of vegan butter in a pan and fry the balls until crispy on all sides. Then take them out of the pan.
  • Heat some butter or oil again in the same pan.
  • Fry the mushrooms, snow peas and potatoes with a little tomato paste and peanut butter.
  • Add the spices, köttbullar and stock and simmer for 25 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and top with spring onions.
