Ingredients

Fish Frika:
- ½ pack of Easy To Mix Fish Frika
Mashed potatoes:
- 450g potatoes
- 1 ½ tbsp vegan butter, melted
- 60-80ml vegan cream
- Salt pepper
Mustard sauce:
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 150ml vegan cream
- Salt pepper
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
preparation
Fish Frika:
- Easy To Mix Fischfrika mix according to instructions and cool.
- After the cooling time, form fish cakes and fry according to the preparation recommendations.
Mashed potatoes:
- Wash the potatoes, put them in a pot with salted water and simmer with the lid closed for about 20-25 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes, let them evaporate and peel. Then put it back in the pot.
- Add butter and cream and mash. Season with salt and pepper.
Mustard sauce:
- Place butter and mustard in a small saucepan. Heat slowly while stirring with a whisk (do not let it boil).
- Gradually stir in the cream.
- Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Then garnish with parsley.
- Arrange the mashed potatoes with fish frika and mustard sauce on a plate. Bon appetit!
