Breadless summer burger with curry-mango dressing

75g Easy To Mix Burgers
Grill all-rounder: smoky spice salt
12.5 g vegan organic curry mango spread
Vegetable cooking oil
½ zucchini
1 yellow pepper
1 large tomato
1 red onion
Colorful leaf lettuce

Goes well with: vegan cheese
Prepare Easy To Mix Burger according to instructions and season with Grill Allrounder, chill
Prepare curry-mango spread with double the amount of water and oil to create a creamy dressing (55ml water, 2 tablespoons oil), chill
Cut the peppers and zucchini into slices, fry them in a pan with cooking oil and season with Grill Allrounder
Wash lettuce, prepare lettuce bed for burgers, slice tomatoes, cut onion into rings
Form patties from the burger mixture, fry them with oil (optionally place a slice of vegan cheese on the patty)
Layer the burger: Place fried peppers on a bed of lettuce, place the burger patty on top, add zucchini and tomato slices, curry-mango dressing on top and top with cress
