Pretzel salad with schnitzel

Oktoberfest feelings guaranteed: so colorful, so nutritious and so delicious! The sight of this can only make you want to go to Oktoberfest! We combine this salad with a crispy, vegan schnitzel and roasted pretzels. 😍

Ingredients for about 2 servings

  • ½ pack of Easy To Mix Schnitzel
  • 30 g cornflakes, crushed
  • 100 g lamb's lettuce
  • 1 handful of radishes
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 pretzels
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Some cress
  • For the dressing: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, pinch of salt & pepper

preparation

  • Mix Easy To Mix Schnitzel according to instructions and cool.
  • Meanwhile wash the vegetables. Slice the radishes, halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the cucumber.
  • Wash the lamb's lettuce, spin dry and clean.
  • Cut the pretzel into slices and fry in a pan with oil.
  • Prepare salad dressing: Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix together.
  • Take the schnitzel mix out of the fridge, pound it into flat schnitzels, brush with a little water and bread with the cornflakes. Fry in a pan according to instructions. Then cut into strips.
  • Put the vegetables in a bowl, mix in the pretzel and drizzle with the dressing. Place the schnitzel strips on the salad and garnish with cress. Enjoy :)
