With this burger you bring a piece of Bavaria home. With sweet mustard, radishes and coleslaw on a delicious pretzel roll, the hearts of Oktoberfest fans will beat faster.
Ingredients for 2 burgers
- ½ pack of Easy To Mix Burgers
- 2 pretzel rolls
- 2-3 tbsp coleslaw
- 2 radishes
- 2-3 tbsp sweet mustard
- 2 handfuls of lamb's lettuce
preparation
- Mix the Easy To Mix Burgers according to the instructions and cool.
- In the meantime, wash, spin dry and clean the lamb's lettuce. Slice radishes.
- After the cooling time, form patties from the burger mixture and fry according to the preparation recommendations.
- Cut open the pretzel rolls and spread with sweet mustard. Then top in the following order: burger patty, lamb's lettuce, radishes, coleslaw. Finally, brush the bun lid again with mustard.
