Ingredients
- 1 pack of Easy To Mix Bratwursts
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- Some vegan mayo for the eyes
- A few lenses for the eyes
preparation
- Mix the Easy To Mix Bratwurst according to the instructions and cool for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top/bottom heat.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into narrow strips.
- After the cooling time, prepare the bratwursts according to the instructions: Form into sausages and fry in a coated pan.
- Wrap strips of puff pastry around the sausages, leaving out the mummy's face.
- Put it in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Once cooled, form eyes with mayo and lentils. Take a bite and enjoy.
