Mummy-shaped sausages

Here we have these great, vegan mummy sausages for you as scary finger food. With this recipe you will be the star of your Halloween party. 100% vegan, 100% delicious and 100% eerily beautiful. Have fun while celebrating.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Easy To Mix Bratwursts
  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • Some vegan mayo for the eyes
  • A few lenses for the eyes

preparation

  • Mix the Easy To Mix Bratwurst according to the instructions and cool for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees top/bottom heat.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut into narrow strips.
  • After the cooling time, prepare the bratwursts according to the instructions: Form into sausages and fry in a coated pan.
  • Wrap strips of puff pastry around the sausages, leaving out the mummy's face.
  • Put it in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Once cooled, form eyes with mayo and lentils. Take a bite and enjoy.
