Ingredients
- Easy To Mix Meatball
- Elderflower vinegar
- Onion, white
- parsley or chives
- Cucumber
- Salt
- Sugar, agave syrup (optional)
- sunflower oil
- Mustard (optional)
preparation
- Mix the Easy To Mix meatball according to the instructions and cool.
- Meanwhile, wash the cucumber and cut or slice it into thin slices with the peel on. Cut onions into small pieces.
- Lightly salt the cucumber slices and let them stand for a moment.
- Cut the parsley into fine strips and add some of it to the cucumber salad with the elderflower vinegar. Mix well.
- Add the sunflower oil and mix. Season with salt & pepper.
- After about 30 minutes, take the meatball mixture out of the refrigerator. Mix the remaining parsley and onions into the mixture.
- Form 5-6 meatballs from the mixture. Fry in a non-stick pan with vegetable oil at low heat. After a short time, fry at a higher level until the desired degree of browning.
- Place cucumber salad on a plate as a bed. Place the meatballs on top. Complete!
