Köttbullar with pasta and pesto from Edamama

True to the motto: “ Eat Pasta, Run Fasta ”, here comes a lightning-fast and super healthy pasta dish. The high protein noodles from @Edamama based on soybeans not only have a lot of proteins and few carbohydrates, but also taste delicious together with our Köttbullar.

Ingredients

For about 2 servings || Enjoy in about 20 minutes
  • 1 pack of organic edamame high protein pasta
  • ½ glass of Pesto al Basilico from Edamama
  • ½ pack of Easy To Mix Köttbullar
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • 5-6 tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Easy To Spice spice mix Ciao Italia

    preparation

    • Easy To Mix Köttbullar mix, cool and fry according to instructions.
    • Cook high protein pasta according to the preparation recommendations.
    • Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
    • Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
    • Mix the pasta with pesto, fresh tomatoes and Ciao Italia seasoning. Serve with pine nuts and köttbullar.
