Halloween pumpkin Tex-Mex

Your Halloween party is just around the corner? Then this pumpkin creation should not be missed. A real eye-catcher and also very tasty šŸ˜‹. Our Halloween special shows you how you can recreate this funny pumpkin in no time. On the nachos, get set, go!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Easy To Mix Hack
  • 1 small Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 1 avocado
  • Ā½ can of corn
  • 2-3 medium tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • Vegan scattered cheese
  • Nachos as desired
  • Salt pepper

preparation

  • Mix the Easy To Mix Hack according to the instructions and cool for 30 minutes.
  • Cut a lid out of the pumpkin with a sharp knife.
  • Use a spoon to remove the seeds and fibers as well as the pulp. Leave a margin of about 2cm.
  • Cut out or paint the desired face with a sharp knife.
  • Peel the garlic and onion and chop finely. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  • Drain the corn, halve the avocado lengthwise, scrape it with a spoon and cut it into cubes.
  • Fry the cooled mince in a pan until crispy together with garlic, onion and tomato paste, season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir the tomatoes, corn and avocado into the mince and fry briefly.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and let it melt. Remove from heat.
  • Place the pumpkin and portion the mince on the plate starting from the ā€œpumpkin mouthā€. Distribute the nachos to the left and right of it. Enjoy!
