Ingredients

- Easy To Mix Meatball
- spinach
- lime
- paprika
- tomatoes
- avocado
- Quinoa
Pink hummus
- 200g canned chickpeas
- 1 beetroot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Spices: Salt, Pepper, Cumin & Garlic Powder
salad dressing
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp thyme
Optional:
- 1 tsp maple syrup
preparation
- Easy To Mix Meatball mix according to instructions and cool.
- In the meantime, simmer the quinoa in salted water over low heat for about 15 minutes. Then drain in a sieve.
- For the pink hummus, chop all the ingredients together in a blender. If necessary, add a little more oil.
- Take the meatball mixture out of the fridge and form meatballs out of it. Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for about 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
- Prepare salad dressing: Mix all the ingredients together.
- Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy.
