Frika bowl with pink hummus

The classic meatball combined with oriental spices and side dishes. What a taste experience! Not only does it look delicious, it tastes delicious too!
Ingredients

  • Easy To Mix Meatball
  • spinach
  • lime
  • paprika
  • tomatoes
  • avocado
  • Quinoa
Pink hummus
  • 200g canned chickpeas
  • 1 beetroot
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • Spices: Salt, Pepper, Cumin & Garlic Powder
salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp thyme
Optional:
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
preparation
  • Easy To Mix Meatball mix according to instructions and cool.
  • In the meantime, simmer the quinoa in salted water over low heat for about 15 minutes. Then drain in a sieve.
  • For the pink hummus, chop all the ingredients together in a blender. If necessary, add a little more oil.
  • Take the meatball mixture out of the fridge and form meatballs out of it. Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for about 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
  • Prepare salad dressing: Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy.
