Chili con GREENFORCE Carne

Another classic, reimagined for you. Chilli con GREENFORCE carne is a simple recipe that suits every occasion. Our tip: let it cook down well and it will taste even better the next day!

Ingredients
  • Easy To Mix Hack
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 250ml vegetable broth
  • 1/2 can kidney beans
  • 1/2 can of corn
  • oil for frying
  • Cumin, salt, pepper, hot paprika powder, dried oregano
  • Depending on the desired spiciness: ½ - 1 chili pepper

preparation
  • Mix Easy To Mix Hack according to instructions and cool. After 30 minutes, fry in a coated pan and chop up.
  • Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Fry in a pot with cooking oil. Then add the mince and fry briefly.
  • Add the diced peppers to the pot. Add the tomato paste to the mixture and fry briefly. Deglaze with the chopped tomatoes and season well. Add chili and bay leaf. Add the vegetable stock and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If the liquid has boiled away, always refill it.
  • Then add the corn and kidney beans and simmer for another 20 minutes, stirring so that nothing burns. After the cooking time, taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary, add a little Tabasco if desired.
  • For example, enjoy with rice, vegan crème fraîche and nachos.
