"Pizza is always a good idea!" With this motto we are sharing this delicious and vegan pizza dish with you today. Our fresh vegan BBQ sausage harmonizes perfectly with the orange-red organic pizza base from @Beetgold. The dough based on vegetable pomace is ideal for vegan cuisine. So what are you waiting for, preheat the oven.
Ingredients
For two small pizzas || Enjoy in 45 minutes
- 2 pieces fresh BBQ sausage
- 1 pack of Beetgold pizza base (2 x 100g)
- ½ apple
- 2 handfuls of arugula
- ½ pack of vegan feta
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1.5 tsp maple syrup
- 1 squeeze of lemon
- 1.5 tbsp vegan crème fraîche
- Salt pepper


preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan.
- Wash the apple, core it and cut it into thin slices.
- Wash arugula.
- Crumble the feta.
- Mix mustard with maple syrup and crème fraîche, season with salt, pepper and lemon.
- Fry the BBQ sausages according to the preparation recommendations. Don't fry them too crispy as they will still go into the oven on the pizza dough.
- Then cut the sausages into small pieces.
- Top the pizza: Roll out the pizza base, spread it with mustard sauce, spread the apple and sausages on top and sprinkle with feta.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Top with arugula before serving. Enjoy!
