Chocolate waffles with fresh berries

Ingredients

Makes about 4 mini waffles
  • 350ml Easy To Shake Organic Oat Drink
  • 150g flour
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

    preparation

    • Mix the oat drink with the apple cider vinegar and set aside. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and then stir in the vinegar-milk mixture until a smooth dough forms.
    • Bake in a waffle iron and then decorate as desired. For example with fresh berries or powdered sugar. Enjoy!
