Here we have a schnitzel hummus bowl for you with couscous as a basis. There is also a delicious tomato and cucumber salad, homemade hummus, crispy schnitzel strips and vegan shepherd's delight from SimplyV. Ingredients

Schnitzel Bowl:
- ½ pack of Easy To Mix Schnitzel
- 75g SimplyV Shepherd's Delight
- 30g Easy To Flake Crumbs or breadcrumbs
- 100g couscous
- ½ onion
- ½ cucumber
- 1 handful of tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- 10g parsley, fresh
- Salt pepper
Hummus:
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 100ml water
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame butter
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt

Schnitzel Bowl:
- Mix Easy To Mix Schnitzel according to instructions and cool.
- Meanwhile, cook the couscous according to the preparation recommendations.
- Wash tomatoes and cucumber and cut into small pieces.
- Peel the onion and cut into rings.
- Wash and roughly chop the parsley.
- Mix the tomato and cucumber pieces with onion rings and parsley, season with salt and pepper.
- Crumble Shepherd's Delight.
- After the cooling time, take the schnitzel mix out of the fridge, shape into flat schnitzels, brush with a little water and bread with the crumbs mixture. Fry in a coated pan according to instructions.
- Then cut thin strips of schnitzel.
Hummus:
- Drain the chickpeas in a sieve and rinse with water.
- Squeeze lemon and peel garlic.
- Mix all ingredients into a light, creamy mixture.
- Finally season with salt.
Arrange the bowl:
- Divide the couscous into the bowls, add the tomato-cucumber salad, schnitzel strips and hummus, drizzle with olive oil and serve with shepherd's delight. Sit back and enjoy.
