Fish frikas with baked potatoes and cucumber salad

Ingredients

Amount for 2 servings
  • Easy To Mix Fish Frika
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons rapeseed oil for brushing
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ onion
  • 2 cups of cream Vega
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • lime
  • chives
  • dill
  • Salt pepper

preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200° top and bottom heat. Wash the potatoes and pat dry. Rub with oil and bake for about 50 minutes, depending on size.
  • Mix the Easy To Mix fish frikas and cool.
  • Depending on your preference, cut the cucumber into thin slices or grate it on a grater. Season with salt and let steep for 30 minutes.
  • Chop onion finely. Mix 3 tablespoons of Creme Vega, vinegar, mustard, dill and season with salt and pepper.
  • Squeeze out the cucumber slices and mix with the dressing.
  • Mix the remaining Creme Vega with the chives, a squeeze of lime and salt and pepper to make a dip.
  • Form 6 fish frikas and fry according to instructions.
  • Take the potatoes out of the oven, cut them in the middle and add the dip.
Serve everything together and enjoy.
