500g potatoes
60g margarine
60ml oat drink
Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
40g GREENFORCE mushroom cream sauce
Approx. 125g mushrooms
2 GREENFORCE mushroom medallions
First, peel the potatoes, halve them and steam them in a saucepan for 20 - 25 minutes.
Mash the potatoes, season with oat drink, vegan margarine, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix everything into a fluffy puree.
Quarter the mushrooms or, depending on their size, cut them into smaller pieces and then fry them briefly in a pan with a little oil.
Prepare GREENFORCE mushroom cream sauce according to package instructions.
Mix the mushroom cream sauce with the fresh mushrooms.
Briefly fry the GREENFORCE mushroom medallions on both sides in the pan.
Arrange the mashed potatoes, mushroom cream sauce and medallions together and enjoy!
